I am a registered counselling psychologist based in Claremont, in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. I work with children aged 4 and up, teenagers, and adults. I also provide parenting guidance. Some of the issues I assist with include emotional difficulties such as problematic anger, stress, anxiety or depression. I also work with experiences related to trauma; bereavement; adjustment difficulties, relationship problems and low self-esteem.
