I am a qualified physiotherapist with a special interest of optimising function.I treat orthopeadic, spinal and neurological conditions as well as sport injuries, chronic pain andlung conditions.Some of the modalities I use include aquatherapy, dry needling, postural analysis and manual techniques.I host general aqua-aerobics and ante-natal classes in the pool as well as classes for patients suffering from arthritis.
