A specially formulated translucent coating seals the surface of the tray and provides an extremely effective non-slip surface which, through long-term use, is not easily peeled off and has excellent corrosion resistance. The non-slip surface ensures glass & dinnerware stays in place during movement. When the Grip Tray is tilted, bumped, tipped, moved or shaken, items on the surface do not slide around on the tray as seen on ordinary trays. Ordinary non-slip trays using rubber mats are ineffective, boring and provides no branding opportunities. has been tested in several restaurants over an extended period and the non-slip coating has proved itself to be very durable. Whats more, even when spilled on, the surface can simply be rinsed off and dried and it maintains its non-slip properties. Ordinary non-slip trays with rubber mats tend to peel at the edges, becoming un-hygenic and quickly stains. The Grip Tray coating is moulded onto the tray, so it can not peel off the tray and is therefore hygienic and dishwasher safe.
