please guys this is more than a shame,normally your company should be closed by now because you not providing service ,you are creating frustration to people who are looking for services . you are so unbelievably irresponsible of your customer service . i even wonder why my dad decided to send money from your agency,you should close that business and start selling fish because the business you doing involves other people's money or business and they cannot depend on your unreliability.i will advise nobody to use you again because the frustration i have if i was a pregnant woman i would have given birth by now. you open a business in a country with the top technology of 2018 but your service delivery is in 1950,yesess man

Never experienced such unprofessionalism, their management should consider training them on customer service coz they have no clue what that means and they're not very polite, they don't know how to address customers.

so unprofessional you should not put ur phone number since u r unable to answer the phone.... very poor service

i sent clothes to my family back home.it took almost triple the time they told me it would and when they called the recepient, they presented him with another item, not the clothes i sent.to this day i am still back and forth with them over my package,the fees i paid. havent been able to recover none of it.

Every time you phone no one is there to answer the phone. Too frustrating......what a service.
