Government Employees Pension Fund Unclaimed

My husband died 30/7/2015. I was told by an employee to pay the pension he received for August back which I did. In the meantime GEPF also claimed the pension from his Absa account. That means they got July & August pension back. This is 29 September and I his widow who is entiteld to 75% of his pension still have not received a single sent since 30 June, because GEPF took July & August pensions. Who are willing to help me? POOR POOR POOR

The most unsatisfactory service I have encountered in my profession as attorney. It is an absolute disgrace! The irony is that they will not even respond to this.

The service of GEPF is pathetic. I resigned in December 2011 after 21 years in Governemnt. The portion owing to me of my pension is still not paid to me and people blatanly refuse to attend to my pension payment. Why should i beg for my own money?
