I have used this company for a work permit. They are very friendly people and they have gotten us the visas, but do not expect excellent communications from them. It often took more than 24 hours, which I found very concerning. When it comes to important documents like visas and passports I just expect to be kept informed better. I sadly would not use them again as it caused quite some stomach ace, not knowing whats going on.
