One with the most popular ways to make this happen is simply by walking the Donkin Heritage Trail. This well-marked trail guides visitors with a journey that passes at the least 47 sites of historical significance in a very three-mile distance. Of particular note is the Donkin Lighthouse Building, where visitors can get a roadmap of the trail; the Donkin Reserve, an amount of charming Victorian cottages; and the No. 7 Castle Hill Museum, one in the oldest settler’s homesteads inside city. The Red Location Museum is often a fascinating detour about the Donkin Heritage Trail. The museum chronicles the lives and struggles of anti-apartheid activists, with moving narrative histories plus a host of artifacts. This thoughtful memorial is really a must-see on any itinerary.
