Mara Sayers - Counselling Psychologist Unclaimed

Tamara Sayers is a registered Counselling Psychologist (HPCSA Reg. PS0114413) in private practic. She trained and practiced in London, UK and lived there for 9 years before returning to South Africa. She maintains her registration both the British Psychological Society and the Health Professions Council UK. Tamara specialises in individual psychotherapy with adults and young adults as well as couples psychotherapy. She has a special interest in trauma and adjustment difficulties and works extensively with depression/mood disorders, anxiety (such as panic, specific phobias, social phobia, OCD & generalised anxiety), and stress as well as relationship issues. Tamara has much experience working with corporates, consulting within Investec, Growthpoint and Oracle, amongst others. In addition, Tamara is a trained Family & Divorce Mediator and is able to assist families as an alternative to a litigious divorce proceeding and as a means of resolving familial disputes.
