Our Pilates classes are an excellent way to improve your posture, core strength, muscle tone and general fitness. Pilates suits all ages and fitness levels and is particularly beneficial for those with back pain, sports injuries, arthritis, stress related illness and before and after pregnancy. We offer Group Mat Classes, Private and Semi-private sessions. The classes are adapted for different levels, needs and requirements and are suitable for beginners through to advanced students. Group classes allow a maximum of 7 people and have to be pre-booked.
Our goal is to provide a tailored fitness program focused on your individual needs, using the Pilates method as a foundation for proper body movements.
