MEDICAL FITNESS EXAMINATIONS AT R300.00 INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING;

• A full Physical Examination and questionnaire.
• Height and Weight assessment.
• Urine test / Glucose test.
• Blood Pressure and Pulse
• Vision Screening.
• Lung Function Test / Spirometry. Suspended due to coronavirus / COVID 19 documentation is available on request.
• Audiometric Screening (Hearing Test)
• Working at Heights Assessment for Construction Medical Fitness Examination or where applicable.
• Annexure 3 Form for construction or where applicable
Any other medical assessments for food handlers, confined spaces, heat, physiological, shift work etc, are at no extra cost.
