Suzi-B is an Afrocentric handcrafts studio, specialising in African-inspired objects dart. Items are handmade by local artists and community groups from Cape Town (and proudly South African!). Beadwork done by Alta du Toit Aftercare Centre - A centre where adults with intellectual disabilities receive care and are developed in order to reach their full potential in life. Crochet and knitted wire items - designed by Suzi-B and handcrafted by a community group in the Klein Karoo. The Wire Art range is most extensive, with silver and rust-based options in such themes as hearts, crosses, angles, patio décor and garden art - sometimes blending natural stone, wood and recycled glass elements into the designs. Some wire art has added functionality, such as table weights, doorstops and paper-weights.
