Ram Hand To Hand Couriers Unclaimed

I am very disgusted and disappointed with RAM services.my parcel that I urgently and desperately need is still not being delivered and nothing is being communicated to me except the song ''your parcel is out for delivery'' that never happens. When I track the parcel there are comments that I don't even know how they got to the conclusion. is very bad that they are dragging other companies with them, my parcel is from standard bank and I've been and still a loyal customer to standard bank for years but if this is the same service I'm going to receive from RAM I will have to opt for another bank.

10 days later and no delivery. Lies and delay. Don't know why Standard Bank makes use of them. This is a bad reflection for Standard Bank. Worst service ever from a courier company.

Worst service ever. Dont get address right. Dont call to say they at your house and lie about it. Cell phones do show missed calls. Promise to call back which they never do. Say its being delivered next day and then find out its still in warehouse. So far its 25 days to deliver a small parcel and still dont have it. Then say rating is mandatory. One star is far too much
