Very disgruntled third party client was looking for an insurance company certainly not this one terrbile communication skills the least of them all among other things..terrible service.will definatley not recommend this company to anyone cant even speak to th manager or people of aurhority the personal very disrespectful..

I really regret the day I took motor insurance with these inconsiderate group !!!! almost two weeks now waiting for my claim to be authorized

i have been trying to call this company since Saturday and there is no answer, does anybody know their number except the 07 one?

the service is very very very poor i regret the day i choose their insurance, ever since i made the claim regarding my car that has been write off without my knowledge, i have been callling them,and begging for assistance nobody is seem to be interested to assist . the nightmare is that they said to me they won't release the payment until i send the original paper of the vehicle while my car is still under finace company. i have submitted the claim form and sined the A.O.L

I agree with everybody that say this is a money making scheme. There is no service I'm struggling to get a courtesy car 25 days after the accident and the policy contract is amended to "read" car must be assessed first then the panel beater must receive parts I don't know what will be next. Not a single star, public must be warned against this scam.

this is the worse service i ever received in my life and i am sure no insurence Company is this bad. I made my claim in December 2012 until now its not settled. the schedule of th policy was sent 3months after my accident mentioning conditions that were not even highlighted when i was taking the policy.

The worst service I have ever received from Thelma Jim and Edmond Matsika. i have begged and begged but they are just not intrested in attending to my query. Going to the Ombudsman. Rating should be ZERO

this is definatley a money making scheme. Im not surprised that im not the only one who has been ripped off by these hooligans but still i also blame AB brokers for cerommending such nonsense company. they only athourised my claim after i had sent them a harsh email after i had been been contacting them like forever, line cutting off some telling me that that mangement is busy with my claim funny part is that i was told that the preson dealing with my claim is working from home , Gosh i was shocked and pissed off at the same time. now that they have authorised they want me to pay 12k odds as an excess fee and they will pay about 6k . i have hever had of such a client paying more than an insurance comany. when they sign you up they make u sign a 1 page contract and now they are telling me about additional excess fee on top of basic excess fee. if i had been saving these premuims i would be rich i tell you. honestly they don't even deserve a single star.

I am very much disappointed with the service and treatment that affinity is giving me, firstly it’s been 5 long months after you have send an assessor and he declared the car WRITE OFF but still Wesbank is still not paid they are deducting the monthly premium and Affinity also deducts the monthly premium, so I would like to know from you guys if I was paying my monthly premiums at Affinity underwriters for nothing or can you please give me clarity in this regard, Nombuso I called you weeks back and you promised me that you will come back to me to keep me updated but you failed me. So I will like to know if this is the kind of treatment I will receive from you guys because every time I call I am given a new story, Thabo also is not of much help, I would like to know if I have to wait for the whole year and still paying monthly premiums even if you the car is a write off?
