Coatings: We offer TD Coating, PVD Coating with Titanium compounds, Diffox for low alloy steels, Electroless Nickel and Armoloy TDC (Thin Dense Chrome).For plastic and rubber moulders to improve ejection and decrease cycle times, we offer Metal PTFE Composite and Nano Mould Release. Manufacture:Precision ground small tooling is our speciality.We also manufacture piercing punches, piercing dies, ejectors and custom parts from Tools Steels and also Tungsten Carbide etc. As-sintered tungsten carbide specials are also offered. Applications: pumps, press tools, slides, sleeves, tools, military components all benefit from our coatings, reducing wear, decreasing friction and enhancing overall performance.
