Alberton Mall Centre Management Unclaimed

I travelled all the way from Riverlea in the South of JHB to PQ's Alberton Mall. I arrived at the shop at 14h48 under the impression that the store closes at 15h00. I was disgusted in the way PQ's Manager refused to attend to my complaints at the door. on your website the store was supposed to close at 15h00. this is very misleading and such a waste of my time. I found a couple and an elderly woman standing outside. as we waited for the security guards to call the manager, more people came. one customer came out the door and said that the doors was closed at 14h40 already. security guards explained that the queues inside were too long hence they needed to close. my question is then to you as centre management - why was the adjacent shops all opened for trading and PQ's felt that they would close early. please can some get back to me on this from your side.
