We are a recruitment agency based in eMalahleni formerly known as Witbank, Mpumalanga. We do both permament and temporary employment services. We are a full member of APSO and are a 100% black woman owned business with a level 1 scorecard. We comply with all the statutory requirements.

We are a Personnel Agency and a full member of the Association of Personnel Service (APSO) and therefore uphold strict codes of business practice ethics that can guarantee the quality of our service. We are also a member of the Emalahleni (Witbank) Chamber of Commerce, the Black Management Forum (BMF) and Emalahleni Employers Organisation of South Africa (EEOSA) and lastly Backhousia Consulting is a member of Steel and Engineering Industries Federation of South Africa (SEIFSA).
