The seaside village of Wilderness offers many outdoor activities including hiking, canoeing, scenic walks and bird watching, horse riding and off-road cycling and driving. The new Garden Route Shopping Mall is a convenient ten-minute drive from the house. Wilderness is ideally situated for excursions in the Garden Route, where many more outdoor adventures, spectacular shopping and top restaurants are abundant. The area offers many world-class golf courses and frequent golf tournaments.
