Her vision was to create a company that provide a service of the highest standard but at the same time remain a small business to render the quality service that each and every client deserves – literally have a “become smaller to become bigger”-attitude. Since then the company has grown into a well known and respected entity recognized throughout the whole industry. Over the past 19 years larger bus companies have also relied on Elmarie and her team to make sure that all their customers arrive safely at their destinations, especially during high season when break-downs roam South African roads-day and night.Elmarie and her daughter, Michele who has since become a member, still run the company as a personalized small bus company but also specializes in transfers, vehicle rental and open vehicle safari’s.Management has adopted a “asset-renewal” policy whereby all vechicles are replaced within a certain period of time and due to this procedure we are proud to say that not one of our vehicles is older than one year.I have been heavily involved in tourism conferences all over the world and with over 40 year’s experience between us, our family really understands the demands and high service levels required to become a success in the industry.I’ve been an inbound operator for 14 years(previous owner of Tour d’Afrique) and is currently director of KwaMadwala Private Game Reserve, Sabie River Camp and also Stille Woning B&B. Myself and Jaco Retief recently started our own helicopter services company as well as open vehicle adventures to run alongside ECoaches and Tours CC to supply our customers with a one-stop services company.
