I cant even begin to describe how fed up i am with the staff of this practice.. one person in particular is marlene. It took me and my mother numerous phonecalls and threats to get a simple quote for my sons dental procedire so the medical aid could authorize it. It took 2 weeks for her to type this email. Then the medical aid needed xrays which the dentist did not take so i had to schedule an appointment for him to go back. Get to the appointment and lo and behold.. marlene seemed to not have noted it so there was no appointment. I am so fed up. I will call her in the morning and give her a piece of my mind as this is not how a business should operate and treat customers that you are offering a service too. Very very dissapointed. Poor service will not be using them again

This morning I was supposed to receive an emergency root canal according to Dr. Badenhorst because I have a large abscess, however Dr. Badenhorst refused the treat me any further after I polity asked him to wear gloves. According to SADA, " Gloves and masks are used for your protection as well as that of the dentist and staff. Infection control is charged as a nominal fee with a predetermined ICD-10 coding on your account " I only rated one star because I could not post this review without rating
