I'm a general psychiatrist working in child and adolescent pschiatry for 21years. I've been the head of the Teenage unit of MCareOptima, private Psychiatry hospital in Bloemfontein for 3years before my own yourney led to Stellenbosch. At present we're building a Child and adolescent Unit on a farm on the Helshoogte Road, next to the Hillcrest Berry Orchard , which will be the first in the country where children with emotional problems can be admitted with a parent, for a therapeutic program. I've always been working in a multi-professional team and my passion is to assist growth and healing in children and families.
