21 August 2014 RE: JCB STEELWORKS (Johan Burger, 078 845 8320) To whom it may concern We conducted Home renovations at our home in Erasmuskloof, Pretoria. At the beginning of April 2014, we enquired at the Mica Waterkloof, regarding suppliers of Steel Balustrades. We got a reference to Contact Mr Johan Burger (JCB Steelworks. After contacting him, he came out and provided a quote. A deposit of 60% had to be paid, which was paid via EFT into his bank account on 9th April 2014. After 3 weeks I started following up on the progress of the installation, only to be advised that it is almost finished. A month later at end of May, I was advised that he is unable to complete the work. I requested a Refund of the deposit paid to him on 9th April 2014. To date I have not received a cent back and is now forced to proceed with criminal charges against him.
