The Sphinx Dine & Dance Restaurant Unclaimed

I wish I had read Brad's review before paying the deposit for this place. They messed up our booking, and now refuse to refund our money. They are a sleazy joint that looks nothing like the brochures that they email out so often. They're sub-letting space above a sports bar, and like Brad said, the owner is nowhere to be seen.

Do yourself a big favour and avoid this place. We arrived for dinner at 7 I left an midnight without my dinner being served, as plates wtere coming one after the after, 30 minutes apart Starters were of poor quality and some main courese arrived, only to be sent back. The fish was burnt and rubbery. Between the time we arrived and left, the owner, (who never pitched despite telling us sher was "on her way" 4 hours earlier), took down the website, because of complaints by our group and another group that we were misled into believing this was an upmarket classy joint. The place is not am upmarket night club it pretends to be, it is a sleazy dance floor in a sports bar in an industrial park.
