My friend and I are pensioners, we enjoy to go for an outing when we get an opportunity to go and watch a movie at Ster Kinekor Garden Route Mall. My friend is experiencing eyesight problems and also suffering with Parkinsons disease. In the month of October we managed to go twice to the movies, 2 weeks ago Ticket To Paradise and yesterday Mrs Harris Goes To Paradise. We have visited the movies in George Mall frequently before Covid and her health that deteriorated we had no problem even with a visit 2 weeks ago. Yesterday 18 October 2022 was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! In cinema 5 it only has ONE DOOR into the cinema, LIGHT SHINING INTO CINEMA AT ALL TIMES ( PEOPLE GETTING UP TO CLOSE THE DOOR, ME INCLUDED AND NO DOOR).The other problems not having the door caused the noise from the foyer AND THE SMELL THAT THE STAFF SANITIZE THE OTHER CINEMAS THE SMELL WAS NAUSEATING AND I HAD TO GO AND ASK THEM TO STOP USING THAT STUFF. TODAY I AM MAN DOWN!! UNHEALTHY STUFF TO ALL!!!

The toilet facilities for ladies at you Potchefstroom Mooirivier Mall cinema are filthy and stinking and some are out of order. Further the toilets for disable persons are closed with a notice that they are out of order.

Good day. On 2017/06/03 we were booked for a show starting at 09:00 Cine 6 at the Vaal Mall cinemas. The following forms part of my complain (and this is not the first time that this happened): - The cinema door get only opened at 09:00 although the movie starts at 09:00 - The cine haven't been clean before the show and I had to go ask them to come and clean it. When the movie finally started there were no sound so I had to go complain again. - The person (I suppose it was the manager as he were in the mangers office) did not even had the decency to apologize for the poor service we received. We visit the Vaal Mall cinemas at least twice or three times a month but this type of customer service and satisfaction will persuade us not to support the local Ster kinekor. Paid for two prestige tickets last week at Baywest Mall PE and while transaction took place system went offline but money went through. Supervisor & manager said payment went through and my seats will be booked for. When I arrive for the 8pm Movie they say the payment never went through and I must pay again then I must go to my bank and print bank statement because money has bounced back into my account but nothing has surfaced. I am now the one inconvenienced because double money has been taken off, I must use my petrol now to go the bank for a problem you created and now cannot fix.

Ster-Kinekor has always been my favourite place to watch movies. In the last year my wife and I probably watch 20 movies each. Today I don't feel like ever stepping into a Ster-Kinekor ever again. You're new computer system will put you out of business. It does not work. It is now impossible to book online or by phone. You're terminals at the movie theater also dont work. I complaint by the manager who said he would help me get this sorted. In light of all the negative reviews I have read, I would like to say that whilst central reservations could not help me (they were most helpful in trying to assist me) but it fell apart trying to get anyone to answer the no I'd been given for Cresta Ster Kinekor (0623067594) - it just goes to voicemail. Once I called Head Office and finally!!! got hold of Silas he was pure pleasure to deal with. Courteous and helpful, an absolute pleasure to deal with.So thank you Silas for saving a situation that looked like it was going horribly south.

Have you seen the state of you movies in centurion and irene nothing works. Staff runs to the back to fetch popcorn your popcorn warmers are out of order the self service 3 out of 5 is not working in irene. In centurion for months they have been telling us that nothing works because the are waiting for a revamp. And we are still waiting. But you have no problem probably nlem increasing your fees. Maybe we should use numetro from now on

Purchased IMAX tickets for our family to watch Jurassic Park on 25 June. Person at the desk told us that tickets were valid till 2 July. Could not make the 25 June show due to urgent business. Went to IMAX theatre to get tickets moved to a later date. Desk attendant told us that they were no longer valid. Been trying to get hold of someone at H/O for two days now ...left numerous messages fo rboth Doug Place and Bradley Knowles - still waiting and Jurassic Park about to finish. This is a new mall, so I understand that there are teething problems....but there are also ways to resolve issues, and this is where SK has got it wrong...lets see what their customer service is like.
