A need has been identified in manufacturing where companies are facing difficulty in managing their businesses due to a lack of managerial experience. Basic management principles are overlooked or not implemented for various reasons. Small business is being toted as the best vehicle to eradicate unemployment and a means of uplifting living standards but in many cases the tools to achieve this are not made available.
Consulting services offered are primarily in production and operations management which encompasses supply chain, inventory management, planning, master production scheduling, procurement, purchasing, lean, 5S, value stream mapping, production control, training, logistics, warehousing and related activities.
There is a wealth of experience based on experience gained from twenty six years' experience in management in manufacturing, as well as shorter stints in various capacities in diverse industries.
