your service is bad why do you have a phone when you wont answer it?is this a joke or what

Will not answer the 035 789 8068 number...no matter when you call or how long you hang on....Terrible services.

SERVICE NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED AT TELKOM OFFICE RICHARDS BAY' Cancellation of Service - I went to the shop and cancelled my line - need less to say - it has not been cancelled and we have relocated. The young lady says we do not have to sign anything ....when I phoned Telkom to query, I actually have to complete a cancellation form...so clearly there has been no training. I am still trying to cancel the line...and the phone just rings

you cannot get hold of anyone in the shops the phone just rings and rings forever and no answer

I've been having trouble with the Richards Bay branch in board walk. I've been trying to set up my phone line for 2 months now. Every time someone comes over they have an excuse. They don't contact me about the problems or anything that matters the line. I'm always have to phone in to ask what's going on. I'm still waiting for a response from them.

This is not the type of service we paying for, may you please improve your services, holding a phone for half an hour and still no answer.

Terrible terrible service, after waiting for 2 hours on the phone yesterday and waiting again, no one answers the phone. I am now being billed for internet that doesnt work due to their incompetent staff's negligence and blatant disregard to the fact that we pay their salary. Service?????? I think not. They honestly dont give a dam!!!! Disgusting!

most pathetic service I ever had to deal with I have been phoning 3 different number for the past half an hour and no one is answering the phone, when someone eventually answered they couldn't help me and gave me a other number which I have also been phoning for the last 20 mins, with no answer. THIS IS PATHETIC!!!!!!!

Shop gets moved 35km away, then does not answer phones, mailbox is always full 'can not accept any more messages. Helkom what a freakin joke, no wonder this country is a banana republic
