V Cellular Stores (Pty) Ltd Unclaimed

I have been taken for a ride by this establishment. I feel cheated. I was sold a second Huawei P8 for a good price of R3500 under the impression it was in perfect working order and that it was a dual sim phone. The first thing I found out is that it wasn't a dual sim phone. Went back to them, they admitted they had made a mistake but I still thought the phone was a good bargain all things considered,especially in terms of the phone processor and camera. Now, approximately a month later, the screen is lifting and the battery tells me it is empty and phone shuts down at 60% charge? I went back to ask them to take the phone back and let me swap it for a brand new phone that is in perfect working order. I said I would pay the difference in price, the guys behind the counter then offered me R1500 for the phone I bought from them and told me I can take that off a new phone! I feel ripped off and cheated. I won't recommend this store to anyone and I will post this on all social media platform
