  The Sefeko Guard Monitoring Software is a Web-Based solution that facilitates the monitoring and tracking of Guard Patrols in real time. Some of the highlights of this guard monitoring software are: Web based – configure, monitor and manage multiple simultaneous site patrols in real time – from any computer device with a web browser and internet access – even a smart phone Control Room feature – view and hear events from all your sites as it happens. Action events and draw reports to manage control room performance Reporting – draw various reports from the Sefeko Server any time day or night. Receive automated reports daily/weekly/monthly in PDF or Zipped PDF format Configure new sites, routes and supervisors easily and intuitively – minimum training required Statistical analysis of your sites and patrols allows you to monitor and control the performance of your guards Secure login with user auditing – users are accountable for what they do on the system. A record is kept of what a user has done while logged in Sefeko Server Software was designed and developed by Gendac (Pty) Ltd, a local South African company specialising in Software Engineering.   Sefeko Guard Patrol Hardware The Sefeko Guard Patrol Hardware was custom designed and built for Sefeko and is used to track the movement of Guard Patrols in real time. Some of the highlights of this patrol hardware are: Uses quad-band GSM technology to receive voice calls & communicate with the Sefeko Server in real time GPS technology to pinpoint and track the handset location fast and accurately Call-me button for when the guard wants to communicate with a supervisor (handset can receive calls only and not make calls) Near Field Communication (NFC) technology to scan RFID tags placed along an intended patrol route SMS notifications of important events automatically sent to selected supervisors. Examples of such events are “Patrol not started on time”, “Patrol not done” and “Tamper” Panic button to instantly alert supervisors and control room that a guard is under threat Encrypted data communication to ensure your data stays privileged Hardware is ICASA approved for telecommunications use in South Africa and has an equivalent IP67 rating (dust tight, 30 minutes immersion at depth of 1 meter, shock and fall resistant) Local help and technical support is provided round-the-clock by experienced and friendly personnel Low cost GPRS data communications
