I traded the vehicle Opel Corsa utility : ZDS 524 GP on 29 June 2012 with Chevrolet Cruze: BY 16 ZT GP at Mcarthy GM Silverton. There was a premium for Shortfall deducting from my account which I thought is for Chevrolet Cruze: BY 16 ZT GP but when I checked for claim is for the vehicle which I traded and it was never tranferred to the new one. I thought Mccarthy are giving excellent service but I was wrong.
