Please DO NOT work with her. She send you demands for Water for Thousands of rands but then wont provide you with the water and lights account and when you go to see the municipality they tell you there is R200 outstanding. I dont know what is going on there and there is zero communication. They take ages to repair problems and they really dont care about your problems. Unreal how many complaint emails dont get answered. I stopped counting at 17 over a one year contract. So glad I am out of there claws.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS AGENCY!!! They are absolutely horrible. All they care about is their money, and getting people to move into properties without fully letting them know how it works and communicating with them. They did not send someone to clean the property before we moved in, and then blamed US for "not letting them know they had to do so". They did not even call to see if we had moved in, nor did they give us a map of the property since there is a garden flat located behind us. It took them ALMOST A FULL MONTH to send somebody out to do "maintenance" on our house, which was an absolute joke since nothing was even fixed. Their lack of communication is honestly SCARY.. they tell you to contact them first and they will get back to you regarding problems with a house but they NEVER do. They ROB you with your electricity/water bills and overcharge you probably to pocket the money. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
