Intello Glass Solutions Unclaimed

We have ordered small 415mm x 405mm aluminium and glass windows. I paid a deposit on my order. They completed our order sooner than the 10working days deadline. After 2 weeks I have not yet collected my products. I received a nasty and unprofessional SMS from the owner of the business saying that she is going to sell my products and take my deposit if I don't collect immediately. The product is so small I cant imagine that it was taking up any space in the workshop. I arrived at Intello Glass and confronted the owner about the SMS I received. She had a very bad attitude and kept telling me how I am the problem. She has no respect for a client and will talk to you as if you are not at the least important as a customer. She is very unprofessional. After being nasty to me I just paid the rest of the amount and walked into the workshop to collect my order. To my horror I saw that the 6 aluminium and glass windows were not even I plastic. Aliminium frames were scrathed. Not recommended.
