After 17 years in restaurants and hotels in the UK, and 28 years in top management with Sun International, Rod Walker founded Cut Mustard Restaurant Solutions. Cut Mustard currently owns and operates two Karoo Cattle and Land Restaurants, one in Pretoria at Irene Village Mall and a second in Fourways at Longpoint Centre opposite Montecasino. Cut Mustard also specialises in the delivery of restaurant and/or catering quality bulk meat at attractive prices. We currently operate in Gauteng.
