I found Castello’s customer service to be outstanding. With my request to make a booking, they were extremely prompt and thorough in their responses. I sincerely appreciated the positive attitude exhibited by Castello staff. I highly recommend having dinner as a guest! Breakfast is also not to be missed. Customer service is excellent, sleep quality is amazing, and the food absolutely delicious. Definitely consider staying here!
