Telkom Direct Shops Unclaimed

Trying to contact this store telephonically for 3 weeks and no response. I wonder if there is even a store in potch as i am based in carletonville and we are told to contact potch. Worst business ever

How can I get hold of Telkom Shop in Potch when their phone does not even exist???

going to take Telkom mobile to court... closed my account Jan of 2015...still trying to take money from me every month...phoned, emailed etc. to no prevail....please, please close your doors for good Telkom...leave our country

Telkom should not have been allowed to run a Mobile phone system, they can not honour any contract, they make changes add data and increase spending limits without consent from people they made the contracts with. Telkom does not deserve a star. looking forward to the day your contract expire.

AWEFULL i have ben phoning for 3 weeks this number and sending emails and noone is picking up all day and no one is responding to emails. no wonder you have to close shops. it due to people rather taking more exensive serives than have to deal with non services delivary!!! pathetic.

very poor service you can close the shop at potchefstroom also because we try to phone the office and no one answer and if they answer they drop the phone this is costing me money why is their a telkom base in potchefstroom only to get no response and if i go their theysaid the are to busy to take calls where did you hear of something like that it is no business it is a joke........................

Ask to rate this shop/service. There is not service to rate. They do not even answer the phone.........

I tried phoning this landline 0182931413 several times with no success. no one is answering. what is really happening with this office. where can we get help???

Absolutely the worst store you can ever visit. 200% Incompetent people working there. I have been there on several occasions to resolve the simplest of queries and have NEVER EVER had any success. They work slow and have ZERO knowledge of anything going on @ Telkom Mobile.....also not the friendliest of people. If EVER you can skip this store - you will be saving yourself a lot of time and frustration.

oh and dont ask them to call back people if the service is so bad if you call them imagine how long it will take before they call you maybe 3 years i have been callling this whole month for 5 times a day holding on for 30 minutes and calll and call no awner network busye keep ringing HELLLLLLL NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

I never had such bad service in my whole life just moved to Fochville and I hear POchefstroom Telkom will help me with a Line installation and Uncapped ADSL But no what to i get no work for a month because of Telkom with BAd service well done just lost R16 000 . 00 this month because I cant do my work withoud Internet NOOOOOOOO!!!! Telkom is bad service Does it take a year to get hold of telkom poch or any telkom at all and a year for installation cant believe this i called managers in my life for bad service i guess this is a lunch brake for telkom poch for a year not an hour .... Real BAd Service . uuuuurrrrrrg

I have been phoning for 3 days now and NO ONE IS ANSWERING!! Your mail box is full and this is really annoying if somebody does not answer the phone. I cant eaven leave a message because your MAILBOX is full????????????? I need assistance in activation a telkom line at our house in Scorgjie Street 111 Bailie Park. Can SOMEBODY assist me with the above. What is really funny I am one of those people who will NOT stop phoning till you answer, just now, the phone is "busy" ?? So how do you explain that?? PLEASE phone me back!
