Tapestries Garden Guest House Unclaimed

I booked two double rooms at Tapestries/A Tapestry Garden Guest House for 4 October 2012 and had to pay the entire amount in advance, which I did. I had to pay extra for a wheelchair friendly (which I find to be discriminatory).At arrival, I was told by Chrietienne Haupt that she cannot "help" me anymore with the 2 rooms. She referred me to another guest house, which is much cheaper. We were put in a self catering unit and had to share the unit and bathroom with strangers. The rooms were old, smelly, paint was cracking, with no windows. The walls were delapitated and the one door could not be locked- a matrass was leaning against it to keep it closed. A Tapestry Garden (Chrietienne Haupt) was extremely rude with me and put the phone down in my ear when I demanded the rooms which I paid for in advance months ago. Up until today she has not offered to reimburse me for the difference of the cheaper rooms. BE AWARE A TAPESTRY GARDEN /TAPESTRIES RIP YOU OFF!!!!
