All to often we live the same day over and over calling it life. This monotones existence can lead one to loosing-touch with oneself. Due to the process of living through the eyes of others, we forget to value who we are, what we believe and what we stand for.

My theoretical underpinning stems from the view, that our primary motivational factors are based on human relationships rather than sexual or aggressive triggers. Thus by understanding each individual’s unique relational needs...healing can occur in the relationship.
