Our practice is focussed on providing physically disabled patients with innovative orthotic and prosthetic services. We have a special interest in paediatrics and wheelchair seating and positioning. We run a wheelchair seating clinic in Aurora Hospital which is open for the public and in hospital patients. Anybody is welcome to schedule an assessment. We provide all orthotic services including foot orthotics and insoles, lower and upper extremity bracing, spinal bracing, sports bracing, compression stockings and mobility aids. We also provide home nursing equipment and offer house visits for environmental assessment and reintegration following rehabilitation. Our prosthetic services cover all amputation and activity levels. We are a member of the South African Orthotic and Prosthetic Association of South Africa, the Health Professions Council of South Africa and the Board of Health Funders.
