5 Third Avenue Guesthouse, Located in the garden suburb of Walmer, is the closest of any form of accommodation to PE airport. We offer clean and comfortable self-catering accommodation in 8 private rooms each with own kitchenette and shower-en-suite. The accommodation is set back from the road which makes for a quiet oasis close to major amenities. Rates: R320 per room per night for one person and R420 for two people. A room sleeps 2 people. A 3rd fold out mattress can be added for R60 (child) or a single bed for R100 per night. Wi-Fi Available. Secure off street parking. breakfast is not included in my rate - it will be an additional R60 per person.In each unit there is a ceiling fan, heater, fridge, microwave oven, 2 plate stove, TV with M-Net, kettle, toaster and cutlery/crockery, shower en-suite. Bedding and towels are supplied, bring your own beach towels, soap & face cloth. Most of the rooms have got two single beds. Queen size and double bed also available. A 3rd bed can be added at a nominal charge. We also have a family unit available.

The airport is less than 1 minute drive away from the Guesthouse. Port Elizabeth's beachfront and the Boardwalk Casino Complex are only a 5km drive away. Our location is so central, it is perfect for both, business and leisure.
