Telkom Direct Shops Unclaimed

I am trying since October 2017 to have an account closed. it seems to be impossible. there is just no response but they are quick wit advertisements and invoices.

good day i'm very much disappointed with Telkom because the technician came and install the land line and the ADSL for internet last week on the 03/10/2016 but for now all of them not working and they are telling me they don't know anything when I call them , when I ask for makhado branch number or Polokwane they said sales are not allowed my order number was 149910706A for my company ptv muambi trading and projects , very disappointed .

I stay in Tzaneen area , I'm using a telkom modem. my problem is the signal is too weak can you please upgrade or put a strong signal transmitter.

What a joke... Telkom provide a number that when called, the voice over claims "this number does not exist"... Really? And yeah, really p'd off that my closest store if 170km away (I'm in Thohoyandou).
