Dihlase Consulting Engineers has majority black ownership and shareholders of the firm are all Electrical or Mechanical Engineers or Technologists. As such, we are not only a black firm, but control of the firmis devoid of outside interest and is vested in Engineers and Technologists, who actively pursue a career of Consulting Electrical and Mechanical Engineering within the firm. Previously disadvantaged people, at all levels within the firm, either represent a majority or a meaningful proportion.
