Dormehl Construction was established in 1998 with a small team of labourers and a foreman.The company has succeeded in becoming one of the largest residential developing companies in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town with an average turnover of R15 000 000 per annum and an average labour force of 75 employees.Since its inception, Dormehl Construction has built 120 homes, totalling an approximate delivery of 24 000 m² of domestic space, 280 000 m² of group residential housing space and 10 000 m² of industrial space.Most of the domestic properties built were built as speculative homes and subsequently sold by Lhemrod Properties, an offspring company of Dormehl Construction.Key to Dormehl’s success has been its commitment and ability to remain within budget, whilst simultaneously delivering beyond expectation in terms of quality.We strive to provide our clients with a complete service.We take pride in client referrals, as lasting relationships are the lifeblood to our business growth.
