In Southern Africa we have been responsible for the upgrade of the Motown Apartments in Windhoek, Namibia, the Beau Rivage & Maritin Hotels in Mauritius and in Durban, we have completed St. Michaels Sands Hotel. In Port Elizabeth we were involved with the Kings Hotel Walmer development from the outset. The Birchwood Hotel (500 doors), Franklin, Corner Court and the Ashanti & Dogon Hotels were completed in Johannesburg.
