Terrible service....Unreliable ....Waste of money and time....never gives feedback.Always promises to get back to you but never does.Please; Please stay away if you do not want to be disappointed. Rather do it yourself.I paid R3800 for personalised nr plates to be done.Plates was done but disk could not be printed because the plates were registered under a business(trust) name that I don't even know who it belongs to.I gave the papers back for them to get it fixed but after 3 weeks of no feedback I tracked the Provincial offices down myself and got everything fixed in less than 20 minutes......

Untrustworthy, racist, doesn't care about clients. She made a CLEAR promise for same day service - he stood next to her But then did not call as promised. Closed at15h00! Luckily got a cell number from neighboring shop. She promised to be there in 15 mins. 45 mins later 5.30pm he arrived with my new trailor's registration papers but WITHOUT the promised PLATES!! When I reminded him that I'm leaving early next morning for Durban he suggested that I make cardboard plates for myself! Said he cannot help me - worried about rain coming. Paid R400 of the quoted R600.Then he pulled his vehicle in fornt of me to block me in the yard!!! He demanded that I give another R100. Had no choice: paid 85% for a (terrible) 50% service. Later the owner went off on the phone with me about the k___rs they have to deal with at the licensing office. Used more racist language...No!! Really!!? I told her that I don't appreciate her language and ended the conversation This company doesn't care.
