Lakeview Lodge & Caravan Park Unclaimed

We booked into a place called "Lakeview Lodge" for Saturday night. On arriving there were some men sitting outside by reception. The managers were arguing, using swear words and arguing about who's job is who's. Being friendly I greeted, only to be looked at like I'm mad. In reception, my daughter was almost bitten by two small dogs, no apology. On the website they advertise canoeing - when we asked about it, we were told, not allowed as they don't have life jackets, but they advertise this on their web-site. Needless to say there was a very unfriendly young girl sitting at the desk - the lady training her wasn't most welcoming either.We were told where our room is, not shown. Then getting to the room eventually, opened the door to be greeted by musty smells and a GIANT roach on the wall. On further inspection the bed had roach, flea, and gecko poo on the beds. A huge wasp nest was right by the door. We went straight back to reception and asked for our money back!
