The Director and Managers of JDR Consulting Engineers are Professional Engineers actively involved with all projects, where necessary as Project Managers. They have extensive experience in all facets of typical projects and include:
•Johannes Retief is a Professional Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in various fields of engineering, management of civil, structural and related projects as well as quality monitoring and audit.
•Dumisani Khoza is a Professional Engineer with 21 years intensive experience, whom has proofed himself in various fields of civil engineering, project management and construction process management.
•Mathealira Paul Lerotholi is a Professional Engineer with 30 years intensive experience in various fields of project management, civil engineering, water, sanitation, environmental engineering, coordination of different disciplines and related works.
•Rhulani Mathini is a Professional Town and Regional Planner, who also manages Development Planning Applications, Business Management and Strategic Planning for the Firm.
•Victor Mathonsi is a Engineering Technologist with a B-Tech Degree in Civil Engineering and with more than 14 years of experience in various fields of engineering, management of civil and related projects as well as construction and quality management and monitoring.
•Franc Airoldi is a Professional Architect with Honors Degree in Development Management and a National Diploma in Architectural Technology. He has been doing Architectural and Urban Designs since 1989, while concentrating on the Managing of Development Projects and Housing Typology Developments over the past 12 years.

Our Work
The management of JDR Consulting Engineers have managed, planned and designed the execution of various large and small scale projects successfully to ensure that despite different circumstances, the required quality and end results are delivered.
•This includes all aspects related to the Co-ordination and Management of projects for New and the Upgrading of Existing Developments and/or Infrastructure for both Residential and/or Commercial Areas.
•Management, Quality Auditing and Design Representatives Coordination for concrete, steel and masonry structures as part of large projects, including Medupi and Kusile Power Stations.
•Typical Surface Water, Waste Water, Solid Waste Handling & Environmental Projects Investigated, Designed, Managed and/or Executed by the managers of JDR Consulting Engineers include:
•Municipal and Commercial Waste Water handling and related Infrastructure, Water Treatment Plants and Water Reclamation Infrastructure for a variety of applications, that include Waste Water from Mines, Residential areas, Industrial areas and a combination of these,
•Solid Waste Handling and/or Disposal Projects, of which various were integrated with other projects, but with single project values of up to R 8 million.
•Typical Roads and Storm Water Infrastructure and Municipal Projects Investigated, Designed, Managed and/or Executed by the managers of JDR Consulting Engineers include:
