After trading my 650 GS for a 800 GSA in 2014, i realised that I have height issues and it is extremely difficult to have someone climb on and off the bike due to the minimum contact I have with the floor. I was told after buying the bike that I cannot adjust the height due to the electronics. I can drop maybe an inch in the front by dropping the front suspension. Twice I have requested to bring the bike in for this adjustment and the second time being in early December when I spoke to (I will give you name on the phone) who said he will call me in January to come in once he has received my Bash Plate. I might add that getting to talk to (anonymous) is a mission as he never answers his phone. When you do get hold of him he is then full of promises with no action. He does not phone back to advise me on the progress. I had a bike that both me and my wife could enjoy, now I am sitting with an ornament that only I can ride on the odd occasion. Waiting in anticipation

On the 23/12/2014 i have ordered a certain spare part from your branch through a gentelman with the name of Richard. This gentelman told me that the sparepart will be available in January 2015, but when my wife contact them this morning he told us that the spares will only be available at the end of march. Sir, i need my car very urgent because of work related obligations, so please help me. The part involved is a rubber mounting on my left rear shock and Richard at the spares department is well aware of the situation. Please help me .
