Computer Integrators Unclaimed

My wife paid for a Pastel course with Mechelle. She put down a deposit of R2000-00. Mechelle said she would inform her of the next course, and when my wife was ready, Michelle would acquire the training material. My wife fell ill,to the extent that she nearly passed away, and she informed Michelle that she would not attend the course, due to illness. Mechelle, contrary to the arrangements, informed my wife that she had already purchased the books.Initially, we agreed, as Michelle did not want to refund her money, to take the training material, and get refunded the difference. To date, after numerous attempts, Mechelle has not kept her side of the agreement. Mechelle would say that the materials were at the office, my wife would arrive to collect, and the receptionist would know nothing about the arrangement. Mechelle has said she would courier the material, and to date, nothing has happened.I would honestly think twice about dealing with her and the organisation she runs.
