After extensive market research a huge GAP within the customer service industry was identified, which prompted the establishment of a company that focuses on customer service excellence. A company’s profitability is determined by their customers and the level of customer service they offer. The main focus at CSE Academy is the delivery of quality on-site customer service training to all market segments (T & C’s apply). Alternatively we also have a training room which can accommodate 9 learners. The company strives to assist new and existing businesses to improve their profit margins by providing their staff with outstanding customer service skills through practical training courses. As an owner operated business there will be a huge focus on personalising each session according to our client’s needs. A pre training assessment meeting will be setup between all stake holders to ensure maximum training outcomes.
