Nike not following Consumer Protection laws by not refunding returns.

I bought nike running shoes on 30 August 2017 "We've Received Your Order: [GO37770883]" The size of the shoes was to big. I asked to return the shoes, when nike said they would come to collect. Nike informed me on 3 occations that they would come to collect the shoes. On all these occations they did not collect. On the forth occation they collected the shoes date of collection was 11 October 2017 and on the 13th of Ocktober they confirmed that the recieved the shoes and they would be refunding me within 2 days. Today counts 11 days and still no refund. I emailed them twice again but no response. I have all emails to show evidence of the above mentioned facts. This is unacceptable and I would like to know how will this be dealt with going forward. I now have no shoes nor my money back and we are heading towards 2 months since my order date. I expect an email back and a phone call with your answer on how I will be compensated for this bad experience. If I do net get a

Poor quality of Nike rosher

Good day I have bought a pair of Nike Neos on the 16 of June at Total Sports. This tekkies is 3 and a half months old and I think it becomes problematic for me if the store manager tells me that she can't exchange the tekkies because it is toe lifting. For me as a mom of three children it becomes even more problematic if it means that I have to buy every three months a pair of tekkies. I think it is poor workmanship and poor quality (Nike). My daughter has worn these tekkies only 2 days a week to school. If this matter is not resolved ASAP I am taking this matter to Hello Peter as well. thank you.

Hi I bought a pair of airmax from an edgars in dbn in October 2016 I have 14 pairs of airmax but this shoe is totally uncomfortable and hurts my feet. I don't understand why. This airmax in question is the exact same as my other one but in a different color. I thought that I could Stech it out whilst I wear it, but I can't walk for 10 min in it without me being in pain. I don't have the receipt and residential in jhb. I urgently need to change this pair. Please help. The shoe is still new as I hardly wear it due to the pain. Renaldo

Good Day Sir/Madam To whom it may concern I bought my NIKE AIRMAX a few months ago. On Saturday 22nd October 2016 I put on my Nike Airmax and went for a jog. Whilst jogging it started to rain and I went back home. As I entered my kitchen I slipped on the tile floor causing me an extensive amount of injury and pain to my leg. I managed to get up and slipped again. I discovered thereafter that the sole of the NIKE AIRMAX is very slippery when wet . I bought my first Nike Air Max in December 2015, after 2 months the one shoe deflated. Totalsports after a huge fight exchanged it for me. Now with the new pair after 8 months the second pair deflated as well. Totalsports does not recognize this pair as a sale because the sale slip says exchange and they kept the box with the first pair when returned. Please help me exchange this pair. Kind Regards

I bought my 7 year old son Air Max at Sneakers Aberton on 1 October 2016. I washed them ONCE and the paint around the air bubble is coming off. I went back to Sneakers on the 16th October 2016 and they told me they do not have the evidence that it was washed only once. What recourse do I have?

I only wear Nike.. I'm not happy with the Nike I got.. It's not even a few wears and it tore at heel and the lace holder tore while tying my lacing up.need this repaired ASAP..if repairs can't be done please replace..

I completed my matric (grade 12) in 2008, and i was determined to continue studying, when i got the opportunity to do so, i had to stop soon after that, because my mother, who was paying for my fees then, started to get sick. I had to drop out to take care of her and in December that year (25-12-2009), she unfortunately passed on. Being the older one, i had to start looking for a job, to be able to provide for my family and siblings. After all that while i still had a desire and still wanted to go further my studies, but with no luck of funding. I relied on soccer hoping i can get a scholarship through it but, one cannot become fit ,if the consumption of nutrition is not a proper one, and with very little training, one can't do a lot to stay fit, with all of that, i still remained optimistic and refused

Good Day I spend over R5.000 on nike tekkies every month. in Jan 2015 i bought tekkie at S&K store and i had for about 2months. The tekkie bubble broke and i wear tekkie once in 2weeks. A bought n90 airmax again abd the tekkie start to rip right around. I when back to the store and the manager said he spoke sale rep of nike and refuse to take the tekkie back or exchange. I have ask the owner for sale rep details but he is giving me all kind of stories. This not first time and i also put it on HELLEPETER and i also wrote on you guys face back. The next step i will egt the news paper and consumer act involve. What the owner of the store said is that nike dont give dam.

Sponsorship programme urgent

I have sent Nike a request to replace my zoom srtucture 17 running shoes. The rubber is peeling off the heels after 1 month. The previous pair lasted 4 months. If I return them to the retailer, I just get my money back, but the shoes are now R600 + more than I paid for them as they do not have 17's in stock anymore. Only the new 18. No response from Nike, just a reference number.
