Ashalata Equine provides a professional therapeutic service that empowers through the spirit of the horse.  A powerful approach that has an incredible impact on the lives of all who experience it.The activities are experiential which means you learn by doing and creates a metaphorical link to the clients life.We follow the Eagala Model and ensure a powerful, interesting and fun teambuilding and therapeutic alternative in a physically and emotionally safe environment.Programmes offered include - individual therapy, trauma and grievance counselling, family therapy, couple and relationship counselling, sport teams, youth, schools (equine therapy supports the Life Orientation curriculum), team building, life coaching.All programmes facilitate a therapeutic process assisting people with emotional difficulties or  a growth and learning experience which is focused on skills development.
