Good Morning All, My post i am addressing to the Nike management department requesting your urgent assistance with my query. My sister purchased a pair of Nike Lebron's for her son which he only wore once. It's been nearly a month we have been in contact with a dealer "LaceUp" which just blatantly refuses to assist us in returning the shoe and get real value for our money as Nike is a real good quality. Everytime we contact the store we keep on receiving the same feedback whereby they've requested for the box which they cliam is proof of purchase and tell us that our receipt issued is not valid. please anyone @Nike kindly assist and advice?
